Discover Travel & Cruise is independently owned and operated by Denise Falsay. Denise started her travel career as an office junior at the age of sixteen in a travel agency in Glasgow, Scotland in 1977. After immigrating to Australia in 1983, Denise worked for a retail travel agency. It wasn't long before she bought her own agency at The Gap as part of a large Australia wide chain and later opened 2 more stores at Ashgrove & Keperra.

Looking for more freedom and flexibility in operating and expanding her business, Denise made the decision to launch Discover Travel & Cruise.

Discover Travel & Cruise is a member of Travellers Choice which has more than 180 independent members across Australia, making it the country’s fourth largest travel agency network. The company has been around for more than 30 years and an important element of its success is its unwavering focus on delivering the highest quality customer services.

Discover Travel & Cruise is also a member of the International Cruise Council of Australasia (ICCA). Formed 12 years ago, the ICCA is an industry body which aims to increase travel agents' understanding of the wide range of cruise products available for passengers, as well as the enormous variety of cruise itineraries worldwide.
